With a modest, yet tingling heat of approximately 5,700 Scoville units, this spicy sauce is a warm recommendation for seasoned pepperheads looking for an accessible enhancement for their dishes.

This sauce offers a full-bodied sweet flavor with a unique kick, thanks to the use of Datil and slightly hotter Savina peppers. Add a tomato base, carrots, mustard, and a hint of smoked paprika, and you have a sauce that (naturally) pairs perfectly with zwingskes!
