Nagami Test 2024 is a limited Hot Sauce drop from Onima Pantry, the salseras from Barcelona. They host a competition every year in which different salseras compete for the honor of creating the Nagami of the year.

The result of this Valencian kumquat harvest and winner? A hot sauce that combines kumquats, Aji Amarillo peppers with chamomile kombucha, rum vinegar and sherry! A unique experiment with pleasant and building heat, available in limited edition.
