Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce is a fixture at perhaps the most notorious hot sauce manufacturer in New York, Queen Majesty. With its small batch, all natural sauces, it has also been part of the Hot Ones range for years. This one made its debut in season 3. With more than twice as many peppers as the Scotch Bonnet & Ginger, they have a combination of strong heat and full flavor.

By using the fair trade coffee vinegar, which certainly doesn't dominate, you get a nice dark smokiness that perfectly complements the red habanero peppers.
