Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce is a fixture at perhaps the most notorious hot sauce manufacturer in New York, Queen Majesty. With its small batch, all natural sauces, it has also been part of the Hot Ones range for years. This made its debut in season 4.

The taste of Scotch Bonnet & Ginger is smooth and yet very lively, with a pleasant heat that lingers. The fresh ginger and lemon combination is a perfect addition to soups, curries or, with a little honey, an excellent dip for sweet potato or chicken wings.
